After a Master degree in “Compared Modern Cultures”, Marcella Scopelliti gained a PhD in Performing Arts with a dissertation on Antonin Artaud as a cinematographic actor. She published translations and multidisciplinary essays on performance, mainly focusing on Judith Malina and the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richards. She published L’attore di fuoco. Martin Buber e il teatro (Torino 2015).
